After 2 and a half months of work, we finally decided 11/12/11 was the day to move in.  =)  Yay!!  All the walls have been painted.  We're still working on painting base boards.  The kitchen cabinet doors have only been primed.  The hold up is on the doors because we're having new hinges installed, and the edges need to be levelled off.  Lots of work for uncle. I made a pie with gruyere cheese crust! Tastes delicious! Here's a link to the recipe. I was inspired by Pushing Daisies. I'm glad I followed through on this one. A while back I made an apron for my sister.  She wanted some minor changes, and I was able to do them in one evening!  Yay!  Notice any differences? Yep, I added a pocket!  Just put two right sides together (lining & print), sew (leave a little hole), turn inside out, top stitch, then attach.  Make sure not to sew the top part.  I also did one stitch down the middle to create two pockets.  The

I got my NY book today from ArtsCow! It turned out great. The pages are thicker than some kid books I used to own. I love the cover. It reminds me of library books I used to borrow. Definitely a great treasure. I'm hoping to track all our trips and moments this way from now on.I just finished up our engagement book on ArtsCow. I think it turned out lovely. Check it out!

Saturday, we had our monthly themed movie night.[source]Movie - The Godfather - The movie is crazy of all sorts! It's a must see, all time classic.
